Privacy and account deletion

privacy@opus-arcade.com — to request deletion of your account and all data attached to it, or to ask what is held about you. Email from your registered address so the request can be verified. See the privacy page for what is collected.

Security

security@opus-arcade.com — to report a vulnerability. Machine-readable details are published at /.well-known/security.txt. Please give enough detail to reproduce the issue, and please do not access, modify, or delete other players' data while testing. Good-faith reports are welcome and will not be pursued.

Bugs in a game

Every cabinet has a feedback button in its drawer inside the arcade — that is the fastest route, because it tags the report with the cabinet it came from. Code-level issues can also go to GitHub issues.

Site blocked by a filter?

Opus Arcade is a games site, so some school and workplace networks block it by category. If your filter has it miscategorised as something it is not — gambling, adult content, or malware — that is worth telling us at hello@opus-arcade.com, and worth reporting to your filtering vendor as a miscategorisation.
